K & F Electronics is starting 2015 off with a bang we have completely redesigned our website  www.circuitboards.com.  We listened to our customers and streamlined the PCB ordering process.  Some RFQ's will be returned instantly with our new instant online quoting system.  We have added new social features for twitter, facebook, and even started a blog! The AccuTray™ AT 30 is OLEC's innovative, automatic vision-based registration system for imaging printed circuit boards.  The AccuTray™ AT 30 can handle tasks impossible to achieve using conventional equipment and offers a much higher level of control and versatility.  The quality when exposing silk screen and solder masks has never been better. 
 
ACU-Gage AG36-2-LT22 Inspection Measurement System
K & F Electronics has upgraded our measurement system with an ACU-Gage II AG36-2LT double axis non contact video inspection measurement system.  This has greatly increased our quality due to todays technology where even .0001 of an inch can be the difference between a working PCB and a non PCB this measurement system is a must for high tech PCB's.  
Glunz & Jensen Multiline Pro 720 / 28 Offline Flim Processor
K & F Electronics has upgraded our film processor.  The Multiline Pro 720 / 28 only cycles and turns on the chemicals in the processor when the machine is in use.  Previous machine would run every 60 seconds cycling when the machine was turned on.  Not only do we now have a faster film processor but we save money each time we use the machine.  Lower costs for us means we can be more competitive with our pricing.
 
Marseco DBS24 Wet Deburring Machine

We have bought a new Maresco DBS24 Wet Deburring Machine.  This has eliminated the problem of occasional circle shorts.  We have used this same type of machine in the past and will continue to use it in the future. This has sped up our plating process without compromising quality.
Sullair Compressor Model 3709
K & F Electronics has purchased a larger and more energy efficient air compressor. Most compressors run at full power while powered on.  The Sullair compressor only uses the amount power based on the amount of air needed.  The Sullair compressor has lowered our electricity bill. Less electricity used is always good for the environment. You've got to love new technology like that.

Lead Free HASL PCB Free Tooling

New Lead Free HASL Machine has allowed us to greatly increase the flatness on both sides of the board.  Many of our RoHS customers have asked for an alternative to gold and silver.  This process is perfect for them because our Lead Free HASL costs less than gold and silver.  If you have a single or double sided lead free PCB that has been manufactured by a competitor of ours we will waive the tooling fee on orders above $850 some exceptions may apply.  Give us a chance to quote your board with our new Lead Free HASL.  E-Mail Gerber files to info@circuitboards.com
