1. PRINTING PROCESS:
Building frames layer by layer. Each frame consists of up to 400 layers each. Up to 200 frames per batch. Building for 24 hours.
2. COOLING STATION

While cooling down, the

block of nylon powder (frames still inside the block) is moved to these powder holders.

3. FRAMES EXTRACTED FROM BLOCK
Frames are taken out of the block of powder and then cleaned with a high pressure air blaster
4. POLISHING
The frames are then hand polished with a glass blaster and hand sanded down to remove any imperfections.

5. TUMBLING
Then they are tumbled in small porcelain stones to give it a fine smooth surface.

6. DYE
Then the coloring process starts with several more rounds of polishing. This is a very top secret way of coloring something.
