System includes Ramsey Weigh Belt Feeder, 600 mm wide, with load cells, controls, and spare belt; 8’ diameter Sturtevant Dynamic Air Classifier driven by 25kW motor; (3) 9” diameter Jervis B. Web Screw Conveyors, measuring 12’, 20’, and 22’ long; (2) Mikro-Pulsaire Dust Collectors (model 49S-4-20, 461 Sq Ft and model 81S-8-20, 762 Sq Ft); and 40’ high ANIVI Bucket Elevator. Previously milling dry zircon with 7.5 Mohs hardness at capacity of 10 metric tons per day.
