*If for any reason your student is not able to participate as expected on the class trip, your child IS expected to be at school during Trip Week.

REMINDER: BRING PASSPORT(S)
Be prepared to give your passport to a Junior trip chaperone.
Travellers should also have a copy of their passports.
Frequent Flyer Info:
Bring your frequent flyer number to provide the agent at check-in. The easiest way to do this is to put the number on a post it note and stick it on the photo page of the passport.
 
Food for the flight:
Meals will be provided on our flight. If you’d like something extra, bring snacks or money to buy something. If you have dietary restrictions you may wish to come prepared.
 
Trip & Packing Details
Packing:
Please only one checked bag per student (please bring money in case of unexpected baggage charges), be sure to follow TSA packing guidelines
Currency
When students arrive to Israel, they’ll be able to exchange US dollars in multiples of $50 for shekels. 

If you would like your student to have local currency for souvenirs and other things, indicate the number of dollars (in multiples of 50) you will have them bring, on their person. (Note: ATMs are in most areas. Some places accept ApplePay.)

Medications
Please place medications in their prescription bottles in a sealed Ziploc bag with the student’s name. Please give to your staff on Sunday evening.  

Students will carry their own rescue medications and cough drops.

*Please note - if your child is prone to allergies, please make sure to pack the appropriate antihistamines, decongestants, etc.
