As ML-SAAF's Outreach Manager, Quincy has been working tirelessly to build a bridge between ML-SAAF and community organizations, including the Archdiocese of Chicago, the Consulate General of the Philippines, and area churches. His goal is to increase participation in the ML-SAAF and spread awareness of the importance of understanding how Asian American youth develop. 

Quincy comes to ML-SAAF from a diverse professional background that includes managing a sporting goods chain and writing copy for a real estate marketing firm. Quincy has also worked with domestic violence victims and served as a teacher in an adult literacy program. When asked how he came to be so invested in ML-SAAF and the well-being of Asian American youth, Quincy answered, "I feel compelled to act anytime there's a situation where our youth are at risk. If we can mitigate that risk, we absolutely should, and the ML-SAAF study clearly can help in that regard." 

Quincy's wide-ranging interests and experiences have clearly served him well as he connects with a wide range of community organizations and individuals.
