"What is 30 for the kids?!
Every year, we do 30 days of fitness to get better and hold each other accountable while helping those less fortunate than us.
It's this simple: You'll complete 1 of 5 workouts every day for 30 days!
With one small catch to keep you accountable: Each day you miss a workout, you'll donate another $5 to the kids!!
Whether you donate or are unable to donate and just participate in 30 days of fitness, we hope you join us in doing it for the kids.
100% of the proceeds will go to our partners @braceforimpact45 where it'll help provide proper water, food, education, and shelter to children in Haiti they otherwise wouldn't have."
*Please note: If you cannot make the financial commitment to donate that is totally okay. This is still a great way to get in physical activity every day and raise awareness!
