Father's Day Gift Idea

Expected to arrive June 3rd!
We are bringing in two new Balsamic Vinegars to add flavor to your favorite summer time meals: Mango White and Tahitian Vanilla Dark. We expect them on the shelf on June 3rd.

Rosemary Grilled Shrimp
   The Spice Lab

  • Hot Himalayan salt plate (available at Vita Sana)
  • 6 shrimp per person, peeled and cleaned, leaving the tail on
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil (available at Vita Sana)
  • Fresh chopped garlic, about one clove per person
  • Long Rosemary Sprigs, one per person
  • Fresh ground pepper
  1. Preheat the Himalayan salt plate and lightly coat with olive oil.
  2. Strip away the leaves on the lower part of each rosemary sprig, skewer the shrimp.
  3. Lay the shrimp on the hot salt plate and immediately sprinkle generously with garlic and pepper. The shrimp will cook quickly so you will want to turn them after 2-3 minutes.
  4. After turning, season the other side. When bright pinkish-orange, they are ready to serve.
Place on a bed of greens or serve with warm pasta.
