About the market: Over the last 30 days we have seen a surge in new listings. In the 59911 zip code which is the Bigfork area, there were 52 new listings in the last month. Overall, the 2016 Flathead Valley home sales are nearly 6% ahead of the first five months of 2015.
The overall Montana market shows sales up 4% when compared to
a month ago.
