Greater Philadelphia Cell and Gene Therapy and Connected Health Sectors – Future Workforce and Talent Needs Analysis
In 2019, the CEO Council for Growth, University City Science Center, and University City District’s West Philadelphia Skills Initiative convened a partnership to leverage their resources and networks on an initiative to support and grow the Philadelphia region’s cell and gene therapy and connected health industries. The stimulus for this partnership arose from a need, identified by various stakeholders, to understand the growth of and gaps in the cell and gene therapy and connected health workforce in Greater Philadelphia. ESI was hired to provide an independent assessment of the future workforce and talent needs of the industries.

Econsult Solutions Senior Advisor  Natalie Nixon 's newest work,  The Creativity Leap  launches June 23, 2020, and you are invited to a sneak peek.

All who face dilemmas in their work can benefit from creative thinking, but how does one make the "creativity leap?" Natalie lays it out in the introduction: "Like a physical leap, a creativity leap is essential for crossing boundaries; . . . it is a dynamic process that honors intuition."

In support of her new book, Natalie has been conducting a series of interactive webinars, during which she breaks down and demystifies the process and assures her audiences that they too have the creativity it takes to be innovative and solve problems. Connected and Autonomous Supply Chain Ecosystems 2025
Customer behaviors and expectations are changing dramatically, challenging the established supply chain and operations setups of leading industrial companies. These changes are taking place against the backdrop of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, with digital technologies impacting every aspect of how companies run their businesses.

To take a closer look at how digital champions are transforming linear supply chains into connected and autonomous supply chain ecosystems, ESI ThoughtLab supported PwC by surveying more than 1,600 supply chain executives and decision-makers in 33 countries across the Americas, EMEA, and Asia Pacific.
