----JUNE 2024 EDITION----
Hello fellow Alamo Ranchers,

Hope everyone is staying cool. The slide will be open daily starting next week. The pool chiller has been installed and is working properly. If you notice something is off or needs attention, please call the office or me so we can address the issue.

Speaking of issues, please remember to lock your car doors at night, keep your outdoor lights on, and be aware of you and your children's whereabouts this summer. We all know there's usually an uptick in crime during the summer. According to the sheriff’s office car break-ins happen more in the summer because "kids" are home, bored and aren’t being monitored as well. So, let's try to be extra vigilant and aware.

Landscaping is still under construction. The board is aware of the complaints about the monument landscaping issues. There are underlying issues, and we are in constant contact with the manager of the landscaping company. Please be patient with the process. When the monuments project is done and it is still not up to our standard the board will reevaluate the contract but not while it's still in progress.

The Summer Bash is June 22nd, and we will have all the normal favorites. Bubble party, free food, drinks, adult beverages, and entertainment. We will be "dunking for scholarship dollars" at the Summer Bash. Bring a little cash to dunk a board member so we can help make the ARCA scholarship bigger and better next year. Hope to see you all there. Have a great week!
