Hi all,

Happy June! The first day of summer is approaching on June 21st, and Happy Father's Day this Sunday for all those dads out there. I hope you all are getting outside enjoying the warmth and sunshine. It's so good for both your physical and mental health. Go for a walk if you can. Or a run, or a bike ride, or a swim...

In this current newsletter, the article titled "Steps...or Time" is interesting. I know many of you wear fitness trackers to count your daily steps, whereas others just note the time or distance they go with their exercise. The research study showed both equally effective, and increasing either one contributed to living longer and delaying cardiovascular disease.

Remember that we have office hours daily including Saturdays until 1:00, with Tuesdays and Sundays off. We will be taking vacation time during the last full week of July, from 7/21 through 7/28.

I hope you are doing well, and call for an appointment if you have a health issue needing evaluation and treatment, or perhaps you're just feeling the need for a good full spine adjustment. Either way, I am here to help you!

All my best,

Dr Dave
