Call for Applicants: Illinois State Board of Dentistry


ISDS has been made aware that there will be an upcoming vacancy on the Illinois State Board of Dentistry.


As noted on the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) website, the State Board of Dentistry is charged with making recommendations to the Secretary of IDFPR in establishing guidelines for professional conduct, conducting of formal disciplinary proceedings brought under the Illinois Dental Practice Act, and establishing guidelines for qualifications of applicants. The State Board of Dentistry acts in an advisory role to IDFPR.


ISDS is able to make recommendations of individuals to serve on the State Board of Dentistry to IDFPR.


For Individuals who would like to be recommended by ISDS to serve on the State Board of Dentistry, please submit a Curriculum Vitae and a letter outlining why you are interested in serving on the State Board of Dentistry to Lindsay Wagahoff at lwagahoff@isds.org by July 1, 2024.
