Hi all,
Hope you are all doing well as we progress along into June and the first day of summer. As you get out and do more, remember to do the back and neck stretches daily and use proper body mechanics as you bend and lift. Stay healthy and come on in for a treatment if you're experiencing back, neck, or joint pain that isn't getting better. I'm always glad to see you and help!
