Breath Move & Be Well Yoga, a class for beginners and those with physical limitations. If you've hesitated to try yoga, this class will ease you in!

Outdoor Yoga Class
Once again this summer, 121 Fitness is offering FREE yoga on the Quad on Tuesdays at noon. This drop in class is open to the entire CWRU community. Bring a mat, or use one of the towels they provide. Put on your yoga pants, or come as you are.
