Sunrise Boulevard Improvement Project
Phase Two of this project starts this summer and will rehabilitate Sunrise Boulevard from White Rock Road to Douglas Road. Plans include overlaying existing pavement, improving media landscaping, installing ADA compliant curb ramps, and upgrading drainage facilities. Learn more

Chrysanthy Boulevard Expansion Project
This project will add more than eight lane miles of new road on Chrysanthy Boulevard from Rancho Cordova Parkway to Grant Line Road, a corridor expected to serve over 3,000 new homes in the area. Pedestrian and bicycle connections will be added, with access to a new community park and regional town center. It will also establish a key connection to Grant Line Road, reducing traffic from Douglas Road. The project began in 2021 and is expected to be completed this fall. Learn more

Chase Drive and American River Parkway Connection
A multi-use path will be added to Chase Drive from Coloma Road to the American River Parkway. Planned improvements include a separated pathway with new lighting, ADA-compliant curb ramps, high-visibility crosswalks, trees, landscaping and more.
