Mills Crossing Civic Center: In the Heart of Our Community
At the July 19, 2021 City Council meeting, members of the public provided feedback to the City Council on the current proposed plan for the Mills Crossing Civic Center. After listening to the public’s feedback, the City Council asked staff to consider reducing housing on the site to allow for more open space, while balancing the financial implications of such a modification. In addition, the Council asked that one of the uses of the civic amenity be a Veterans Hall. Learn more.

White Rock Road Improvements
This project will improve a one-mile stretch of White Rock Road by realigning and widening the road from two to four lanes, adding bike lanes, a landscaped median, drainage facilities, and traffic signals. During construction, White Rock Road will be closed from Luyung Drive to approximately one mile east for about six months beginning the week of August 16. Learn more.
