Are you working on your CFE Credits with the ICFE or need to develop a better understanding of the franchise model? It's time to get back into the classroom for the Georgetown Franchise Management Certificate Program, the only program of it's kind on the planet. The program consists of two courses, which can be completed in any order and/or independently. Each course comprises a 10-day online component prior to attending the three-day face-to-face session on campus. CFE Credits from the ICFE will be granted upon completion of either/each course. Students that complete both courses I & II within a 2-year period will be eligible for the Certificate in Franchise Management from Georgetown University School of Continuing Studies. Dr. Ben has been invited back to facilitate a special CFE Program "Strengthening the Franchise Network" for the Philippine Franchise Association. Over the years the PFA has enrollees from many different countries including Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Singapore, Vietnam, and Myanmar.

Dr. Ben spent three days in Denver, CO at the Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center with over 20 Snap On Tools executives teaching a Custom Franchise Program. Graduates received CFE Credits from the ICFE and enjoyed being together as a group for the first time since the pandemic. Snap-on is a powerful brand and their leadership team is dedicated to staying educated on the franchise model as they continue to grow. Congratulations on their 100th anniversary!
