Team-work makes the dream work!

As you make your way up the hill, dense foliage envelops you, creating a sense of anticipation. Suddenly, the landscape opens up, and High Watch Farm, a sprawling campus that symbolizes hope and opportunity for a transformed life, comes into view. Everything we do at High Watch is dedicated to our guests. Throughout their stay, our guests engage with various teams, including admissions, medical, clinical, step coaching, and milieu. However, our dedicated staff is not limited to those who directly interact with our guests.

There are those who work tirelessly behind the scenes, taking care of the landscape, maintaining the facilities, and ensuring that our campus is a welcoming environment. Their role, though not interfacing directing with our guests, is still very fundamental to High Watch. Our maintenance team, led by Vinny, is composed of Seth, Hykeem, Angel, and Nick, all of whom play a significant role in supporting our staff and maintaining the campus to the highest standards, thereby directly impacting High Watch Farm and our guests' experience.

As we prepare for our Annual Picnic, our maintenance team diligently ensures that the campus is ready to welcome back our cherished family, friends, and alumni. Witnessing this team's diligence and commitment fills us with immense joy and gratitude. We extend our heartfelt appreciation to our exceptional maintenance team for their unwavering dedication, hard work, and genuine care for High Watch. Your hard work does not go unnoticed; we truly value and recognize your invaluable role at High Watch.

Equine Assisted

Learning Program

If you had the chance to participate in our Equine Assisted Learning Program, you know it is an experiential process that involves activities with horses to promote human physical and mental health.

This helps the participants improve impulse control, accountability, responsibility, self-confidence, stress tolerance, problem-solving skills, and self-control. We are so grateful to our amazing facilitators, Donna, David, Kim, Allie, and Sheree, for your care and for guiding our guests during this experience.
