Community Servings’ CEO David Waters recently spoke with Congressman Jim McGovern , Congresswoman Ayanna Pressley , and East Boston Neighborhood Health Center CEO Manny Lopes , about food is medicine, how important it is for all communities to have access to affordable, nutritious food, and whether improved access to medically tailored meals could revolutionize healthcare in America.

The chat also covered  The Medically Tailored Home-Delivered Meal Demonstration Pilot Act of 2020 , which Representative McGovern recently introduced in the House.

Ride for Food - Off the Beaten Path!
Community Servings is joining Three Squares New England  and a cohort of 25 hunger relief partners to raise funds to combat food insecurity across Massachusetts!  We are currently seeking energetic individuals to join our Ride for Food team this year! 

This event will raise much-needed funds to feed our most vulnerable neighbors during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic and throughout the coming year. We hope you consider riding, running, or walking your way to the virtual finish line with us!
