Leadership Institute

Union County Chamber of Commerce Leadership Institute (UCCLI)

Applications Open for 2024-2025 Class!



Are you ready to develop your leadership skills and make a positive impact in your community? The Union County Chamber of Commerce Leadership Institute (UCCLI) is now accepting applications for the 2024-2025 class.


About UCCLI: UCCLI is dedicated to fostering servant leadership and empowering individuals to become effective leaders. Participants will learn various ways to contribute to their community's improvement, build lasting connections, and develop a collaborative spirit that benefits both their professional and personal lives.


Program Details:


  • Duration: The class meets once a month on the first Thursday.
  • Commitment: Applicants must have the support and commitment to attend all 10 sessions.
  • Schedule:
  • Orientation: August 8
  • Leadership Days: September & October
  • Class Day Events: November to April
  • Research Project Presentation: May

Come flow with us for Yoga in the Vineyard. A Sunday morning adventure like no other!


Picture yourself doing yoga in a stunning vineyard, surrounded by rolling hills and endless rows of grapevines. Pulse Yoga will lead us through a relaxing flow for all levels.


After your session, hang out at The Taphouse to unwind with a complimentary glass of wine or cider included in your ticket. Rotating brunch food trucks will be available for purchase at each event.


Bend Active will be onsite with a pop-up shop with a special discount for ticket holders.


Bring your mat, towel, and water bottle! Extra mats will be available on a first come first serve basis

As a fundraiser for The Avalon Theatre, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, we invite you to sponsor a Christmas Tree or Wreath, fully decorated, to be placed up for auction. Is decorating not your thing? Do you have a tried and true family cookie recipe? Consider donating to our Holiday Bake Sale!


Proceeds will go towards the continuation and sustainability of The Avalon Theatre, dedicated to enriching our community through diverse arts programming that captivates,

entertains, and celebrates the arts.

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:


1.) If you are interested in sponsoring a Christmas Tree and/or Wreath OR participating in our Holiday Bake Sale, please see the ATTACHED information & registration sheet for both.

 

2.) There will be an INFORMATIONAL MEETING on Monday, June 10, 2024, at 5:30pm at The Avalon Theatre to discuss rules and regulations, answer any questions, and pick-up a tree and/or wreath (if applicable) of our Christmas Tree/Wreath Silent Auction sponsors.

 

3.) Upon completion of the registration form for the Tree/Wreath Silent Auction, a Google Calendar invite will be sent for the Informational Meeting.

 

4.) The 'Christmas in July' Silent Auction and Bake Sale will be held on Saturday, July 27, 2024

All decorated Christmas Trees and Wreaths must be completed and delivered to The Avalon Theatre between Tuesday, July 16, 2024 and Saturday, July 20, 2024 between the hours of 9am and 2pm. All Bake Sale items must be completed and delivered to The Avalon Theatre between Thursday, July 25, 2024 and Friday, July 26, 2024 between the hours of 9am and 2pm OR Saturday, July 27, 2024 between 8am and 9am.

Are you interested in earning your master's degree with other Chamber members and their employees in 18 months, with limited to NO out-of-pocket costs? 

 

Franklin University is excited to partner with the Union County Chamber of Commerce to launch our Earn + Learn master’s degree option! The program is a cohort of people (15 total) who want to pursue their master’s degree beginning Fall 2024 and graduating Spring 2026! The great thing is you receive your degree with limited to NO out-of-pocket costs! 

 

Below is the link to apply for the new Master’ degrees Earn + Learn program with your chamber of commerce! Chamber members and their associates are invited to apply to begin classes on August 19th!
