Renee Cohen, who has been leading SAS students on culinary tours to some of the best spots in New York City for foodies, will be in Scarsdale soon for a new Greenmarket to Grill (Course 12570) cooking class. Students will join Cohen in preparing a fabulous meal using some of Cohen's most popular summer recipes before sitting down for an enjoyable feast when the grilling is done.
On the menu will be greenmarket crudités with caramelized onion dip, grilled portobello mushroom stacks with mozzarella and tomato-basil vinaigrette, wild grilled salmon with farro, pea shoots, and honey Dijon vinaigrette, inside-out stuffed sliders with special sauce, homemade pickles, and fixings, Thai glass noodle salad with grilled shrimp, and strawberry rhubarb crisp.
