Hi all,

Hopefully everyone has had a great kick-off into July! We are officially in mid-summer, and with the current heat and humidity, it definitely feels like it. Make sure to keep yourself well hydrated, especially if you are active outdoors. A good general rule for most people is to drink 8 glasses of 8 ounces of water per day. I personally prefer water, but other healthy liquids are fine too as long as they don't have caffeine or alcohol. Caffeine and alcohol act as diuretics, and will actually cause you to lose fluid by urinating more. Here is a good article from the Mayo Clinic to read more about water intake:

As always, I am here to help as your chiropractor and am happy to treat any issues you might be having. We welcome new patients as well. Stay cool and hydrated!
