Strengthen and Stretch with Core and More
New 6-week Fitness Class from Wellness
On Thursdays at 5:15 PM, join Mary Ann for Core and More. This class will offer 15 minutes of core strengthening, followed by 30 minutes of whole body stretching. This class offers an active way to unwind from the work day.

Take a mid-Wednesday break with a re-energizing 13 minute seated massage. This summer, we will alternate between the TVUC Second Floor Conference Room and the 1-2-1 Fitness Center Massage Therapy Space. Participants prepay the $15 fee with Paypal or a credit card.
During our Summer Fiscally Fit series from TIAA and Vanguard, participants are welcome to come to the classes that are most pertinent to them. While only those who attend at least seven sessions of the series are eligible for the Financial Wellness Program Incentive, a la carte activity is welcome. See links for the specific classes on the
website. Fiscally Fit classes take place on Thursdays at Noon in Wickenden 321.
