Steak Fry '22 in the books!
The PCC annual Steak Fry was, once again, a huge success. Our resident grill masters overcame some initial confusion over the change of date, and turned out in force to share their secrets and seasonings. Every steak was grilled to absolute perfection.

As always our special thanks go to Tom and Melinda Ristvey for providing the delicious filet mignon and all the fixings. Thanks also to Tom Ambrass for firing up all those charcoal grills, and to Lori, Kathy, Sue and Gary for all the help setting up and cleaning up. These events are successful because of all of you who get involved.
Friends and Family Picnic:
July 2 @ 2PM LAST CALL
Our traditional Independence Day event with fun and games, along with burgers and hot dogs is scheduled for July 2nd. Fireworks raft up at the dam to top off the day. Please bring appetizers, side dishes, and desserts to share. Festivities kick off at 2pm and the cost is FREE!

Any last minute RSVPs... contact Pam Ambrass (txt: 412-760-0864)

Something is Smoking!
We’re firing up the smoker on the morning of July 16th. (Rain or shine) This is a non-formal BYOM (bring your own meat) event. We’ll keep the heat around 250 degrees until about dinner time, but you’ll be responsible to cook what you bring. Please contribute a little charcoal or wood, as well. If you’re bringing wood, oak or apple only please. Any questions, contact Ron Gallagher or Sue Valitsky
