Ask A Farmer Podcast

This podcast comes from Farm & Food Care Saskatchewan’s consumer brand—Canadian Food Focus—featuring host and Saskatchewan grain and egg farmer Clinton Monchuk.

In our latest podcast, Why do people fear their food? Clinton talks to Timothy Caulfield, Canada Research Chair in Health Law and Policy, a Professor in the Faculty of Law and the School of Public Health, and Research Director of the Health Law Institute at the University of Alberta.

Timothy Caulfield explains why there is a fear of food in today’s society. He points out how important it is to reflect on information before passing it on and think about the body of evidence rather than the attention-grabbing headlines.

If you have questions about food and farming, email them to Clinton at askafarmer@canadianfoodfocus.org!
