2025 JTERM REMINDERS

Dear Parents and Students, 


We are looking forward to our next Jterm on January 6-10, 2025! The registration process for local and on-campus experiences is fast approaching.


Local and on-campus registration for high school students will open on Sunday, September 22, in the afternoon. Registration with payment is completed online. Jterm registration for domestic and international trips was completed over the summer.


High school students must be enrolled in one of the following options for Jterm:

  • All day class
  • Morning (A.M.) and afternoon (P.M.) class sessions -- creating a full day experience
  • Career Experience Opportunity
  • Trip -- registration for trips was completed over the summer

Jterm 2025 Local and On-Campus Catalog

Registration and Payment Information:

Jterm registration for Local and On-Campus experiences will begin on Sunday, September 22 for high school students. Seniors will be able to register starting at 2:00 p.m. Juniors will register starting at 2:30 p.m.


Registration for Local and On-Campus Jterm experiences for sophomores and freshmen will begin on Sunday, September 22, at 3:00 p.m. An email with registration links will be sent to families on Tuesday, June 11, 2024. Please note, registrations of underclassmen made before their assigned registration time will be canceled.


Registration with a deposit payment will be completed online. An email with registration links will be sent to families on Sunday, September 22.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Participation in Jterm is a graduation requirement for high school students. We encourage you to spend time together as a family exploring and discussing which options might be both beneficial and financially feasible for your family.
  • Students should have second and third choice options in mind when registering in the event their first choice is full.
  • Winter athletes are expected to select a local Jterm opportunity, provided their team is not offering a team Jterm, so they can participate in practices and games as outlined in the Student/Parent Handbook. Any questions or concerns regarding this policy should be directed to the Athletic Department.
  • CVCA reserves the right to cancel classes or trips not meeting the minimum enrollment.
