Early Dismissals During Finals
To avoid interruptions during testing, students cannot leave classes early during finals week; they will only be dismissed when the bell rings. Students who finish early can read or study. Please refrain from scheduling appointments during finals week as much as possible. We appreciate your assistance with this matter!

Attendance Reporting Reminder
All attendance information must be submitted using this link: ATTENDANCE. Emailed attendance information is no longer accepted. 'Attendance' includes late arrivals, early dismissals, and absences from school of any kind. Absences due to Concordia-related events during school hours do not need to be submitted.
Forms must be submitted individually for each student. Attendance for Jr.-Sr. High and the Academy are separate; if your student attends Concordia Academy, please use the Academy form.
Students leaving early will only receive a pass to be dismissed if the above form link has been used. For security purposes, students must sign out at the front office before exiting the building. When picking up your student, call the office at 402-445-4000 from the parking lot, and we will safely release your student at that time.
This process allows us to accurately track which students have checked in/out of the building, their expected arrival and departure times, and who has submitted the information regarding their absence. Your assistance in accurately submitting your child's attendance information is essential to our daily record-keeping and aids the attendance desk, classroom teachers, and athletics and activities department in knowing your student's eligibility for that day.
To save the attendance form on your phone or bookmark it on your desktop for easy reference:
-
iPhone - Open the link in Safari, press the arrow up, then press 'add to home screen.' Change the name of the widget to 'attendance' if desired.
-
Android - After opening the link, press the arrow up, then press 'add to home screen.'
