Joyful June is filled with sacred retreats for you and me in the DMV area and abroad. Starting on June 3, I leave for Jamaica on a nine-day retreat to detox my mind, body, and spirit, eating only fresh organic fruits, vegetables, herbal medicine, and sacred plants. I will have time to write and deeply heal with no cellphone distraction! I will reconnect with my ancestral lineage in spirit that originated on this crystalline mighty island and envision a bright future for myself, my family, and our global family on our blue planet! Globally, it is time to flush out ancient ancestral wounds carried down the line in the DNA by pulling out my toolbox of well-designed protocols for holistic health and energy medicine. It seems that astrology has lightened up a bit for June, so take advantage of this time to get out there and have some good, clean, healthy fun in nature, eating organic, dancing, yoga, meditation, breathwork, herbal remedies, forest bathing, wild foresting, and taking a mindful hike.
