Healthy Churches

Healthy Churches come from healthy leaders.

What causes unhealthy churches?

·       Disobedience

·       Compromise

·       Spiritual Warfare

·       Unhealed wounds

·       ‘It’s all about me’ attitudes

·       Lack of acknowledging the work of the Spirit

·       False Conversions

The other day while wood working, I got a splinter in my finger and I couldn’t get it out. So it stayed and while it stayed it caused an infection around that little bitty splinter and soon I couldn’t’ use my finger and then my hand properly because of hat little bitty splinter.

If we all were really honest some of us would acknowledge we may have a splinter in our church. Some of us have a whole area of our church infected. We will never reach our potential with an infected area in our church.

We need to find the splinter in our churches and then get it out and get some healing to begin where there once was pain. Our Churches can never reach their potential with infected hands or maybe even infected hearts.

We can’t have healthy churches without having healthy leaders.

If you have a splinter its time to get it out. The Kingdom is depending on your decision.
