Mission Africa recently partnered with Ritzy Ladies, which is a purpose driven society focused on solving the problems surrounding menstrual hygiene. Watch the video of this year's Menstrual Hygiene Day in Owerri, Nigeria at Ikenegbu Girls Secondary School Owerri, Imo State where over 3,000 sanitary towels were distributed to girls that need it the most.

Mihret Haile


Over the last few weeks Mission Africa's Executive Director has been onboarding Mihret as our incoming Executive Assistant and we are excited to introduce her to you. 


Mihret graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in Business Information Systems and a minor in Dance. She is passionate about creating a sustainable future for the global African community and her previous work involved mobilizing youth and young adults to act on this goal together.

We are excited to honor Pastor Zipporah in recognition of the work she is doing at Rescue Mission and Prayer Network International, the leading organization in the latest polls for getting African community members in the Puget Sound to respond to the African Health Advocacy Project survey


Pastor Zipporah is an educational professional with a focus on access to quality education for the underprivileged children and she believes that The mediocre teacher tells, the good teacher explains, the superior teacher demonstrates, but the great teacher inspires!
