Mike and Christina have always been passionate about sports and fitness and have decided to devote their gifts from God into a life of service to those in need of physical fitness. They both grew up playing soccer and eventually played in college, Mike for North Georgia College and State University and Christina for Georgia State. Both are now recreational soccer players and competitive triathletes (when Christina is not pregnant!). Mike also enjoys bike racing and marathons. While Christina has been using her healing hands and enjoying a fruitful career as a Physical Therapist, Mike became disinterested in his career with the Army Corps of Engineers and quickly found that CrossFit provided the level of functional fitness and camaraderie that had been missing in his triathlon training. More importantly, Mike began to assess the physical condition of those around him and realized that his desire to serve others could best be used in helping others attain fitness. With numerous family members suffering with diabetes and obesity and constantly being asked about training advice and triathlon advice from friends, it became clear that we could help the most people by opening our own Affiliate.

CrossFit TriForce is a family operation and we are here to serve you! We are committed to our community in Cumming. We are active members of local sports, schools, businesses, and Church. We are committed to serving our neighbors as befits our Catholic values and we promise to provide an atmosphere for our members that encourages success, humility, and honesty. We promise to continually learn and grow in our knowledge of fitness and nutrition and help you achieve the goals you have only dreamed of.
