W.W. Shay Award for Industry Distinction:

Emerging Leaders Award: Justin and Erika Edwards of Beulaville

Lois G. Britt Service Award: Eve Honeycutt of Snow Hill

Award for Excellence in Innovation: Hogslat of Newton Grove

Agriculture Commissioner Steve Troxler will bring welcome remarks and the keynote address will be provided by Lt. Gov. Dan Forest.

If you would like to attend the awards luncheon and/or conference, please register online. There is a $15 fee for lunch.

Stand up for agriculture at the Ag Rally

Join Commissioner Troxler and other state leaders and dignitaries at the State Capitol Building on Wednesday, March 20 to show support for the agriculture industry.

Avoid trying to find a parking space downtown - park at the State Fairgrounds (1025 Blue Ridge Road, Raleigh) and take a free shuttle bus to the state government complex for the rally.

From 9 to 11 a.m., visit with your state legislators. (Contact Angie Maier if you need help setting up appointments.)

The Ag Rally will take place at 11 a.m. with Troxler and other dignitaries making remarks.

After the rally, take the shuttle back to the fairgrounds and get a free lunch, then head to the Hilton Raleigh North Hills for two informative sessions as the Annual Conference kicks off at 2 p.m.

Check into your hotel room and then be ready to mix and mingle at the members-only Bacon Bash!
