What's Fresh at the Wednesday Market

This Wednesday, customers can shop for peaches, apples, pears, peppers, potatoes, eggplant, tomatoes, cantaloupe, seedless watermelon, sweet corn, summer squash, zucchini, green beans, garlic, honey, mushrooms, beef, chicken, freshly laid eggs, goat milk soaps and lotions, houseplants, fresh-baked breads and pastries made with local fruits, and so much more!

The Historic Lewes Farmers Market is unique in that it is producer-only. At this Market, only vendors who grow, raise, or produce what they sell are allowed in this market - allowing customers to buy directly from the source. A true farmers market!

The HLFM Wednesday Market has 3 Markets left - our last Wednesday Market of the 2024 season will be September 4th.

Attention Dog Owners:
Please note that dogs and other pets (except for Service Dogs) are not permitted inside the Market. This is to ensure the safety of customers, vendors, and volunteers. This rule applies to both the Saturday and Wednesday Markets.
Pick up our eggplant HLFM Tote!

Our purple Therm-O-Tote Bag keeps all your market purchases–from dairy to eggs to veggies–cool this season! The bag’s design includes a plastic bottom insert and an inside pocket to hold a water bottle. Measuring 13W x 10D x 15H, this earth-friendly market tote contains 20% recycled materials and is reusable. Stop by the HLFM tent and purchase yours for $10. We accept cash and credit cards!

HLFM Retro Tomato T-Shirts Available at Wednesday Markets too!

The HLFM Retro Tomato T-Shirts are now available at both the Saturday and Wednesday Markets. We still have all sizes available (from youth medium to 3XL), but be sure to pick one up before they're gone!

Thanks to Sam Shelton and Jeff Fabian of Kinetik Design for designing the original shirt and helping us bring it back!

Reminder: the Historic Lewes Farmers Market is a rain or shine Market!
