Join Beverly Main Streets on Saturday, July 30 from 4-8pm for the annual Downtown Block Party on Cabot Street! Bring your friends, an appetite, and your MA State ID, passport, or military ID (if you plan on drinking) and be ready for an evening you won't forget. You can expect a variety of live music, tasty local beer, delicious food, and even karaoke! Suggested donation of $5 upon admission.

Street closing: Cabot Street will be closed from 1:30-9:30pm from Pond St to Federal St. Essex St will be accessible via Briscoe St, and cars approaching Cabot from Federal St will have to divert to Chapman St.

You can find parking and public transit information at ParkBeverly.com but you are also encouraged to bike and try out the new bike racks!

Want to unwind with friends before heading to Cabot St? The Castle will be hosting Commander from 12-4pm, so grab a snack and pull up a chair!

Pokemon Club is happening at Paper Asylum from 1-3pm! Come learn tips about card care and playing the game.

Nowhere Fast is holding an art reception from 6-8pm to celebrate the work of Katherine Mary, owner of Mingo Gallery, to be followed by an afterparty at Lucky Dog. Go see this beautiful work for yourself!

Come support The Bordellos for their debut performance at Old Planters Brewery from 7-10pm. They'll be sure to keep you entertained!

Need to relax after the busy day? Head to the Elks Lodge for Kickin Back With the Elks from 7-10pm!

Orlando Baxter will be performing at Off Cabot Comedy & Events at 8pm. A former high school teacher, this Bostonian comic has landed finalist positions in festivals and contests all over and is sure to give you a fresh and funny perspective. Come check him out! Doors open at 7:30pm.

Easily Distracted is playing at the American Legion building on Saturday, July 30 at 8pm. Rock and roll all night with this great band!

Lisa Marie & All Shook Up are performing at Fibber McGee's on Saturday, July 30 at 9:30pm. Come grab a pint and get down to some New Orleans R&B, rock, and soul!
