The Annual Community Gathering is an opportunity for Rice & Larpenteur Alliance Board Members, area residents, local businesses and partners to come together and celebrate accomplishments of the previous year while re-committing to the neighborhood vision and work ahead.

Employment & Workforce Corner

We are proud to partner with Ramsey County as an Inclusive Employer Champion.

As part of this partnership we share helpful employer and workforce resources provided by Ramsey County.

• Representatives will be at the RLA Annual Community Gathering - stop by their table to learn more about services for both employers and job-seekers.

• Watch Top 10 Trends to Watch for in Ramsey County's Workforce Landscape presentation here. Unfortunately, Minnesota ranked worst in the nation for racial disparities. Hear about this and other serious issues impacting our local economy.

• Ramsey County's Inclusive Employer Toolkit. The toolkit aims to help employers provide a more welcoming and inclusive workplace for all by offering practices to build diversity, equity, and inclusion in the areas of employee recruitment, hiring, onboarding and retention.
