ISBT is excited to announce that Chris Gaffney, Managing Director, Supply Chain and Logistics Institute, Georgia Institute of Technology, will be our keynote speaker for Wednesday. Chris will speak on Supply Chain Trends & Innovation from 9:00-9:30.

BevTech Speaker Spotlight! Join us Monday, May 6th when Geert Van Kempen with Veeva Systems as he presents "HACCP Digitalization: a data-driven approach to end-to-end hazard control"

Many F&B companies still manage their HACCP or Food Safety plans using documents or spreadsheets. This results in important data on hazards and their controls being “locked” in these documents preventing data and information being reused across HACCP plans.

In this presentation, Geert will provide some of Veeva Systems' understanding, gained by working with leading F&B companies, on the promises of a data-centric approach to digital transformation of HACCP.

Musician for Sunday Night Reception

Born and raised in Florida, Colt has been playing in the Tampa Bay area for the past 14 years. A couple of years into his musical career, he met and married his wife, Aubree, of almost 10 years. They have three beautiful children together and enjoy the flexibility and added family time his career allows for.

With over 900 songs in his catalog, his repertoire spans over seven decades. He has the unique ability to make these cover songs his own, while staying true to the original artist. From classic hits to today’s music, he always plays to the crowd.

You may know him from the Ellen Show where his family band, Colt and the Quarantine Kids, were showcased during COVID. To keep busy during the shutdown they started learning and recording a new song every other day to share with our friends and family.
