The G.R.O.W. program provides virtual group mentoring aimed at supporting mid-career women in their professional development. Each group is led by two senior executives or coaches, utilizing peer mentoring cohorts to encourage leadership conversations and to hold members accountable for establishing personal goals.

In a recent article in Harvard Business Review, Colleen Tolan, PhD, Deepa Purushothaman, and Lisa Kaplowitz bring to light essential insights for improving women's advancement programs, in part by better understanding how men and women think about power. The study, which is part of ongoing research by Colleen Tolan, Alex Van Zant, and Terri Kurtzberg, found that men tend to associate power with control, while women see it more closely tied to freedom.
