The effective and attractive new home for iLEAD Charter School in Lancaster, CA was created using Leaseback Financing, Design-Build Project Delivery, and Workshop Design. Using this school as a case study, the stake holders, real estate broker, developer, and architect will walk through the process from start to finish.
