The UK travel industry's flagship event: where conversations, connections and ideas happen

Founder of Jovolution, Jo Rzymowska, will conduct a fireside style chat with Blaire Palmer following her presentation on the changing face of leadership and work. Using feedback from an upcoming Travel Weekly survey, Jo will raise some of the challenges facing senior travel professionals as they continue to adapt to the new world of work, including the impact this has on them personally, as well as their leadership roles.

With a distinguished international career in travel, leisure, and hospitality, Jo is renowned for her straightforward and dynamic leadership style that fosters collaboration and drives change. In 2023, she founded Jovolution to provide strategic support and coaching to help individuals and travel businesses to achieve continued success.

Host Party

On the Tuesday evening, all delegates will be invited to attend the Host Party at Gialova Beach, organised by the Greek National Tourism Organisation (GNTO).

This event will offer a unique opportunity for attendees to experience local Greek delicacies and drinks and to become immersed in a traditional Greek "panigiri" – a festival of community and celebration, with folk dancers and musicians followed by a DJ playing dance hits to keep the celebrations going.
