JFSC Memory Care Program: In-Home Leisure Activity Support, Accepting New Referrals

Are you or someone you care for living with dementia at home and seeking leisure activity support? We are accepting new referrals to our no cost Memory Care Program. Our trained volunteers come to your home for one-on-one activity support, while also providing the opportunity for caregiver respite and social work services. Volunteers build relationships and offer individually catered activities, like crafting, outdoor walks, and board games.
