"Happy New Year" from all of us here in the City of Jefferson!
To all who have been here, and to any who are considering a visit, this is your invitation to get away, celebrate, explore and experience Jefferson located on the banks of the Big Cypress Bayou, tucked away in the East Texas Piney Woods.
Despite a few challenges, it has been a great year here, and we appreciate all the wonderful visitors that we have had the opportunity to meet this past year in Jefferson.
As always, we are excited to share our dynamic history, bigfoot stories, ghost tours, museums, walking trail, shops, bed and breakfasts, eateries, live music, live theater and more with the hope that visitors will take home wonderful, lasting memories.
