WUSD Board of Trustees Member JoAnne Kaneda retires, with an impactful 17-year legacy

With nearly two decades of volunteer service as a WUSD Board of Trustees member, JoAnne Kaneda recently announced her retirement. Her lasting legacy includes three terms as Board President, actively supporting our successful unification and school improvement campaigns, including the recent passage of Measure EE, and a deep and well-known commitment to the Wiseburn community.

Enrollment opens January 8 for new students

On Monday, January 8, WUSD’s New Student Application process opens for both resident and permit families. If you have a student who is not currently or has not previously been enrolled in our schools, you may submit your application at that time. We hope to meet you and your student soon! Applications open for vacant Board of Trustees volunteer position

Seeking an opportunity to elevate our community through volunteer leadership? Wiseburn USD is searching for an exceptional individual to join our Board of Trustees and make a lasting impact on our District, due to an upcoming member vacancy.

The deadline to submit an application online or in-person has been extended to Friday, January 12, 2024, at 4:30 p.m. Interviews will be held at a Special Board Meeting tentatively scheduled for the week of January 15, 2024. We look forward to reviewing your application!
