Monthly Update from Mike

As we start a new year and continue to see a marked increase in phishing attempts and security concerns, I wanted to take this time and share the best methods for our clients to connect with the Databranch Service Team.

For cybersecurity emergencies, questions about existing service, or to schedule an engineer for new service, please reach out to our service team at support@databranch.com or call 716-373-4467 x4.

We encourage our clients to not reach out to our engineers directly, but rather use the contact info above to schedule all services through our Client Services Coordinator.

This will ensure your requests are received by our entire team versus a singular person, eliminating any potential delays if our engineers are onsite or out of the office.

In other news, Databranch is excited to announce the addition of two new team members!

Please welcome Daniel Brown and Stan Tiwari who have joined our team as Field Technicians.

Dan and Stan bring years of experience working in the IT field and are a welcomed addition to the Databranch service team.

We would also like to take this time to congratulate Keely Policastro in her promotion to Purchasing Clerk. Keely joined Databranch in September of 2023 and has been a valued member of our team ever since.

Finally, we would like to congratulate Josh Britton on his recent Microsoft 365 Messaging Administrator Associate Certification.

Microsoft 365 messaging administrators manage a secure, efficient, and effective email collaboration platform using Microsoft Exchange Online and Microsoft 365.

These certification holders have proven to have proficiency in collaborating with administrators of other workloads (including security, compliance, identity, and networking) to implement a secure cloud messaging topology that meets the business needs of an enterprise.

You can visit our website here for a full list of our certifications.

We are excited for another great year serving our clients in 2024 and we look forward to helping as many businesses & organizations as we can keep their critical business data and technology infrastructure protected and secured.

If you would like to setup a time discuss your 2024 technology needs, please reply to this email or give our office a call at 716-373-4467 x 6. I look forward connecting and seeing how we can help!

Regards,
