the EIPLP asks all Parent Contacts to complete a brief survey twice a year? It will arrive later this month, so please keep an eye out and get it back to us as soon as you can. It will be sent the same way you receive this update (electronically or mailed). The information collected helps us focus our work, and  your input is valued !

the Federation for Children with Special Needs annual Visions of
Commu nity Conference is Saturday March 4th at the Seaport World Trade center in Boston? This full day conference has over 40 sessions offered throughout the day, and is a great opportunity to meet other families at all different places in their journeys. The EIPLP will be there, so make sure to stop by our table and say hello!

there are lots of ways for families to get involved in the MA EI System? The EIPLP has put together a handy grid detailing some of those opportunities. It is available on our website on the " Opportunities for Families " page. If you'd like more information, email us at eiplp@live.com or call 1-877-353-4757.

Assessment encompasses the ongoing activities used by EI Specialists to identify a child and family's unique strengths and needs.

We love that you are here!

Parent Contacts are parents and guardians of children currently receiving EI services who volunteer to receive information from the EIPLP and share it with other families, and are an important part of the MA EI System. If your child is no longer receiving services, or you no longer wish to be the Parent Contact for your EI program, please let us know by calling
1-877-353-4757 or emailing eiplp@live.com so that we can identify another family from your program.
