Instant Challenge Day gives teams the opportunity to practice Instant Challenges in a tournament style setting. During this 90 minute segment, teams will engage in several Instant Challenges. This opportunity is FREE with your South Metro bundle!

Be sure to sign up via Register Your Team to secure your spot by January 15.

Prepare for tournament - attend training

There are a ton of ways to prepare for the tournament, but the best one is to attend training. There are a variety of in-person and virtual events available.

Training covers both challenge specific areas and general topics. Check out our training recordings or sign up to attend an upcoming event (see RSVPs above).
