Jumping Frog is offering a Mini Camp for "Frogs in Training" on Monday, January 21st from 1-4pm. A frogtastic line-up of cardio, strength, Pilates, core, flexibility and nutrition customized to meet the ever-changing personalities and bodies of today's kids. Getting to know Pilates Instructor
If you take a Pilates class with Rivervale's Grace Ives, you already know she's our resident rocker! Upbeat and fun, Grace's classes are a little bit country, a little bit rock 'n roll! Up beat and lots of fun, many are shocked to learn that Grace gained over 200 lbs with her 2nd pregnancy. She really "feels you" if you're looking to lose those extra pounds (even if your kids are in their 20's!)
Grace loves Pilates because "it strengthens, tones, and stretches the body without causing stress to your joints." Her goal for each client is a challenging, well-rounded workout focusing on core strength.
