AdvantageCCS, in partnership with Neighborhood Allies and Allegheny County, is excited to announce the creation of the Allegheny County Financial Empowerment Center

The Financial Empowerment Center is a program of the Cities for Financial Empowerment that provides one-on-one counseling to individuals. FEC clients work on establishing safe banking relationships, increasing savings, decreasing debt, and improving their credit scores. Residents of Allegheny County can make an appointment with a certified financial counselor by calling 1-800-298-0937.
