Regular City Council meetings are held at 7:00 p.m. on the first and third Tuesdays of each month in Council Chambers, located at Tracy City Hall (333 Civic Center Plaza).

WINTER STORM RECOVERY

Residents who incurred financial losses due to storm damage are encouraged to apply for assistance as soon as possible online at https://www.disasterassistance.gov or by calling 1-800-621-3362. You can also apply for assistance by downloading the FEMA app in the Apple and Google store. This allows you to upload documents to FEMA directly and track the status of your application.

San Joaquin County business owners affected by the recent storms are also eligible to apply for financial assistance through the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA). SBA provides low-interest, long-term loans for physical and economic damage caused by a declared disaster.


Business owners who incurred financial losses due to storm damage are encouraged to apply for assistance online at www.disasterloanassistance.sba.gov or by calling 1-800-659-2955 or (TTY) 7-1-1 to request an application.

MEASURE V RESIDENTS' OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE

The Measure V Residents’ Oversight Committee meets quarterly on the 3rd Monday in January, April, July, and October at 5:30 p.m. in Room 203 at Tracy City Hall. Additional meetings may be scheduled by the Committee at its discretion. For meeting updates, please check Public Notices.

The Parks and Community Services Commission meets on the first Thursday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers (333 Civic Center Drive).

The Planning Commission meets on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers (333 Civic Center Drive).

CITY/SCHOOLS LIAISON COMMITTEE

The City/Schools Liaison Committee meets on the third Thursday every other month (January, March, May, July, September, and November) at 1:00 p.m. Meeting location rotates between Tracy City Hall and the Tracy Unified School District Office.

YOUTH ADVISORY COMMISSION

The Youth Advisory Commission meets on the second Wednesday monthly at 6:00 p.m. in Conference Room 203, located on the 2nd floor of Tracy City Hall (333 Civic Center Plaza).
