It all depends on the type and condition of your trees on your property. Due to local, state, and federal restrictions, we would like to assure our customers that we operate as normal. As a company, we encourage our employees and customers to practice good hygiene and follow certain protocols.

  • Estimates: Our estimator will come to your home/business and review the project. It is NOT necessary for customers to come in contact with the estimator. If you need to discuss the project, you can walk the project with the estimator, but please remain 6-feet away. OR, you may talk to the estimator over the phone when he arrives and discuss the job while he walks the area. This assures we can keep the 6-foot distance, but still conduct business.

  • Projects: The crew will arrive at your home/business and knock on your door to let you kno they are starting the project. It is NOT necessary that you be home while work is being done. We encourage customers to stay in your home and avoid any contact with our crew.

  • Payment: Invoicing will be done when the project is complete. Your payment can be made online, over the phone, or by mailing in a check. If you have any questions, please call the office for assistance.
