THE CALL TO PRAYER

  • Dawn Breaking - Intercede that light will break in to places and situations of great darkness. Pray for an awakening in the Church, for the light of truth and hope to change the spiritual climate, shifting many out of dullness and slumber.
  • Universities - Pray along with the prayer ministries contending for a move of God on our university campuses this month. Consider Luther's words: " I greatly fear that the universities, unless they teach the Holy Scriptures diligently and impress them on the young students, are wide gates to hell." Martin Luther, 1520
  • Dwelling Place - The Lord desires to dwell more tangibly and powerfully in His Church. Contend for every local church to host the presence, and align with the heart of God in a way that honours and welcomes much more of Him.
  • Families - Cry out for family salvations, for breakthrough reconciliations, and for strength to come to families in the body of Christ. Pray for Christian marriages to be a place where the Lord can showcase His kingdom, love and glory.
  • America - Our next door neighbour, America, is in the midst of seismic shifts and upheaval right now. It is a opportune time to stand with America in prayer, regardless of how we might feel about the new Trump administration. Let's love our neighbour as ourselves.
